DEAN.

第一次看到你那一刹那,我以为你是个从漫画里走出来的人物.精致的,让我不敢轻易靠近.
多年来,我对那些沉沉浮浮的明星保持着惯有的冷静.从前,是只爱杰伦一人.
所以,当我看到你那一刹那,心悸一动那一刹那,我知道,我完了.就像当年听杰伦的歌一样,我知道,自己若喜欢下去,不知要坚持到什么时候.
这个时候想想自己,蛮傻的.

Hi Dean,

Its good to hear that you are learning to take good care of yourself. Although exposure to the sun's rays are good for VitD manufacturing, note that VitA is lost at the same time, and replacing that amount lost in that mere 20 mins takes a long time to be replaced. So the moral is take the necessary precautions such as applying sunblock, be it indoors or outdoors. Its better to be safe than sorry, dont you agree?

In any case, take good care of yourself. By staying healthy, you will then have the opportunities to do whatever you want.

Dear D.

我終於考完考試了...現在就是在等待成績公布...然後又是要參加口試..好像整個5 月和6 月都是在考試呢..

整個5月我居住的地方...都是白天太陽曬得猛猛的..但是半夜又下大大的雨...超級奇怪...可是都不錯啦...起碼白天外出不用拿雨傘...我是一個怕麻煩的人...雖然我也是頗喜歡下雨天...

你外出工作的時候..要用太陽油呢..感覺你就是整天要出外拍外境的人....

暑假你有什麼大計劃嗎...我準備跟朋友出去拍照...不因為什麼原因要去拍照..只是因為我愛拍照吧,,題材大概會是圍嬈生活吧..

希望那時候..可以跟你分享哦..

I live in a country which is sunny everyday.I love it so much although it sometimes so hot that makes me feel uncomfortable.
You know.almost the fogreiners ,who come from the other cold countries, like to walk under the sun without coasts for gaurding bodies from the UV.It is strange!but i know the reason is they like sun which they rarely sees in their countries.
I like it rains when sun is still shining.After that you will be able to see the seven-color-bridge.It is wonderful.

I think Vitamin E and Vitamin A are as important as d. because you are Dean.
